Meal Plan- October 22 – 28

Here’s what’s on the menu for this week.

Breakfast Options

Boiled Eggs
Pumpkin Muffins

Lunch Options ( I have a toddler and baby so lunches are finger type foods)

Ham and Cheese with Yogurt
Baked oatmeal with Honey Buns
Baked potato and broccoli
Shredded cheese, scrambled eggs and yogurt



Supper with family


Homemade Cream of Tomato Soup
Fresh Buns
Ice Milk and Berries


Chicken Pot Pie ( finally meal five from one chicken- five meal challenge)
Cinnamon Twists


Ham and Potato Pie
Pumpkin Pull Apart Bread


Ham and Pea Soup
French Bread
Ice Milk and Berries


Fresh Pasta
Bolognese Sauce
Crusty Bread


Roast Chicken

It’s my goal this week to keep to our meal plan. We usually have one or two days where we don’t and then end up either going out or ordering something. These options are never as good as what we make at home. As part of the changes we are making in our lives we are trying to reduce the processed foods our family is consuming so eating at home is very important as we have control over the ingredients used in our foods. I will post recipes as they are completed. I hope you’ll check back for our week of real food suppers.
